Incorrect and/or Missing Items:
Should you receive an incorrect item(s) or are missing items in your order, please contact customerservice@4ubytia.com with your order# to have your items replaced. A refund may be issued if the product is out of stock.
Damaged or Defective Product:
Should a product arrive damaged or is showing a defect, please contact customerservice@4ubytia.com with your order# and a photo of the damaged product to receive a replacement. A refund may be issued if the damaged product is no longer in stock.
Not Deliverable
If an item is not deliverable, a full refund will be issued once the carrier returns the items.
Wrong address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of the order. 4U by Tia is not responsible for deliveries that are completed, if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
